Um unser Team zu verstärken suchen wir... 1 SERVICELEITUNG (m/w/d) Der Stiftskeller Admont zählt zu den kulinarischen Aushängeschildern der Region Gesäuse und befindet sich direkt am historischen Gelände des Stift Admont, bekannt für die größte Klosterbibliothek der Welt.

Unsere Gastronomie verbindet ehrliche Gastfreundschaft mit regionaler Qualität und einem modernen, professionellen Service. Für unser Team suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, Gastgeber:in aus Leidenschaft ist und gemeinsam mit uns den Stiftskeller weiterentwickeln möchte.

Ihre Rolle

Als Serviceleitung übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Restaurant. Sie führen und koordinieren unser Serviceteam, sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe und sind gleichzeitig herzliche:r Gastgeber:in für unsere Gäste. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Küche und Betriebsleitung zusammen und tragen wesentlich zur Qualität und Atmosphäre unseres Hauses bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Führung, Organisation und Motivation des Serviceteams

* Koordination der täglichen Serviceabläufe

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Service und Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Verantwortung für einen professionellen und herzlichen Gästeservice

* Organisation und Betreuung von Gruppen, Feiern und Veranstaltungen

* Enge Abstimmung mit Küche und Betriebsleitung

* Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

* Einschulung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen und Lehrlingen

* Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Gastronomie

Ihr Profil

Wir suchen keine reine Führungskraft, sondern eine Gastgeberpersönlichkeit, die gerne selbst mit anpackt.

Sie bringen idealerweise mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service

* Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und Mitarbeiter:innen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit

* Gepflegtes, sicheres und freundliches Auftreten

* Begeisterung für Gastronomie, regionale Produkte und Qualität
