DEINE AUFGABEN

* operative Leitung und Organisation des Servicebereichs

* aktive Mitarbeit im täglichen Service

* Koordination des Serviceteams während des laufenden Betriebs

* Einteilung und Führung der Mitarbeiter im Service

* Sicherstellen eines freundlichen, aufmerksamen und professionellen Gästeservices

* Ansprechpartner für Gäste und Mitarbeiter

* Koordination zwischen Service, Bar und Küche

* Einschulung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter

* Sicherstellen unserer internen Abläufe und Qualitätsstandards

* Kontrolle von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Mise en Place

* Reklamationsmanagement und professionelle Lösung von Gästewünschen

* Unterstützung bei Dienstplanung und organisatorischen Abläufen

* Mitgestaltung und laufende Optimierung unserer Serviceprozesse

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* mehrjährige Erfahrung in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder stellvertretenden Funktion von Vorteil

* ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität

* souveränes, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen

* Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* wertschätzender und klarer Führungsstil

* Belastbarkeit und Ruhe auch in Stoßzeiten

* wirtschaftliches und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
