Vom exklusiven Firmenevent über den schönsten Tag im Leben eines Brautpaars im Schloss Vasoldsberg bis hin zu Großveranstaltungen in der Helmut-List-Halle - gemeinsam machen wir die Veranstaltungen unserer Kund:innen zu einem kulinarischen Erfolg.

Wir suchen 1 Serviceleitung (Teil- oder Vollzeit) (m/w/d) Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:

* Du planst hochwertige Veranstaltungen in Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden.

* Du sorgst für eine gewissenhafte Umsetzung der geplanten Veranstaltungen und führst sie vor Ort durch.

* Du übernimmst die Nachbereitung der Projekte inklusive Kostenkontrolle.

* Du bereitest die Rechnungsstellung vor.

* Du arbeitest intensiv mit Vertrieb, Logistik und Service zusammen.

* Du sorgst für Kundenzufriedenheit sowie Zufriedenheit im Team.

Diese Erwartungen haben wir an dich:

* Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Events und Kulinarik.

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hotellerie / Gastronomie / Catering.

* Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Planung und Organisation von Events und Caterings.

* Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.

* Du bringst Souveränität, Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen mit in den Job und kannst (externe) Mitarbeiter/innen führen.

* Du schätzt gute Kommunikation und arbeitest gut im Team.

* Du bist 100% zuverlässig und bringst eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit.

* Du bist bereit, abends zu arbeiten sowie an Wochenenden und Sonn- bzw. Feiertagen.

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch-Kenntnisse

* Du hast gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse.

* Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
