Für das magdas LOKAL suchen wir ab sofort eine*n 1 Serviceleitung (w/m/d) Magdas ist irgendwie anders - weltoffener, frecher, couragierter. Für das magdas LOKAL suchen wir eine*n

Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden)

Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

ºDu führst und unterstützt unser Serviceteam im täglichen Betrieb.

ºDu planst Dienstpläne, führst Mitarbeiter*innen-Gespräche und organisierst Einschulungen.

ºDu begleitest unsere Trainees und Lehrlinge auf ihrem Ausbildungsweg.

ºDu sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen.

ºDu koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft und arbeitest aktiv im Service inklusive Inkasso mit.

ºDu verantwortest Bestellungen und die Warenwirtschaft im Getränkebereich.

ºDu achtest auf die Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien und unserer Qualitätsstandards.

ºDu unterstützt den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Restaurants durch aktiven Verkauf.

ºDu planst Veranstaltungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

ºDu erledigst organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben inklusive Abrechnungen.

Dein Profil:

ºDu hast eine freundliche und professionelle Ausstrahlung

ºDu hast eine gastronomische Ausbildung (z.B. Lehrabschlussprüfung) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

ºDu hast Erfahrung in der MitarbeiterInnenführung bzw. Lehrlingsausbildung, gibst dein Wissen gerne weiter und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen zusammen

ºTeildienste machen dir nichts aus

ºDu hast organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Führungsverhalten

ºDu hast gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

ºDu bist herzlich, zuverlässig, genau und selbständig

ºDu kannst dich mit den Werten und Zielen der Caritas und dem magdas Lokal identifizieren

Wir bieten:

ºEntlohnung nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe ab brutto 2.375,00 monatlich bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung sowie Anrechnung der facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten gemäß Kollektivvertrag, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung vorhanden

º5-Tage-Woche (Montag bis Freitag)
