Je stuurt servicemonteurs aan, houdt grip op kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid en ziet commerciële kansen rond onderhoud, reparatie en modernisering. Deze rol past bij een peoplemanager met technisch gevoel die verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen in een groeiende organisatie en zichtbaar wil bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van service. Uw rol Als Servicemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van de serviceafdeling. Je zorgt dat onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden goed verlopen en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op veilige, betrouwbare liftinstallaties. Je bent de schakel tussen monteurs, klanten en de commerciële organisatie. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt afspraken en ziet waar kansen liggen voor onderhoudscontracten, reparaties en moderniseringstrajecten. · Je stuurt servicemonteurs aan, begeleidt hen in het werk en stimuleert hun ontwikkeling. · Je coördineert dagelijkse service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. · Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid. · Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en andere betrokkenen. · Je signaleert commerciële kansen rondom onderhoud, reparaties en moderniseringen. · Je werkt samen met de Technisch Commercieel Adviseur bij het opvolgen van leads. · Je draagt bij aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van de serviceorganisatie.
