Als servicemedewerker ben jij het telefonische visitekaartje van de organisatie. Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en brengt de behoefte van de klant zo volledig mogelijk in kaart. Klanten nemen contact op met uiteenlopende vragen. Dit kan gaan over producten, eerder uitgebrachte offertes, de status van een aanvraag, een storing of een klacht. Je verstrekt zelf de juiste informatie of schakelt, wanneer nodig, met een collega van de betreffende afdeling. Bij storingen en klachten houd jij de regie. Je registreert de melding zorgvuldig, onderzoekt wat er nodig is en onderneemt zelfstandig actie richting leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat de klant duidelijk wordt geïnformeerd over de voortgang en de gekozen oplossing. Wanneer een monteur nodig is, verzorg jij de planning en stem je de afspraak af met de klant. Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen. Zo begeleid je de klant van de eerste melding tot een passende oplossing. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Telefonisch en per e-mail beantwoorden van klantvragen; - Inventariseren van de vraag of behoefte van de klant; - Verstrekken van productinformatie en informatie over uitgebrachte offertes; - Aannemen, registreren en zelfstandig afhandelen van klachten en storingen; - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers over service- en garantievragen; - Coördineren en bewaken van de voortgang van servicemeldingen; - Inplannen van monteurs voor onderhouds-...
