Wat ga je doen:Ben jij iemand die energie krijgt van het oplossen van problemen en het helpen van klanten? In deze rol van Servicemedewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten die vragen of issues hebben na oplevering van hun keuken, badkamer of tegelwerk. Je schakelt snel, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat iedere melding netjes wordt opgepakt en opgelost. Van kleine serviceverzoeken tot complexere situaties: jij regelt het van A tot Z en zorgt dat klanten tevreden blijven. Dankzij jouw communicatie, structuur en oplossingsgerichtheid maak jij écht het verschil in de klantbeleving. Het is een rol waarbij je 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar bent (werktijden zijn van 7.30 uur tot 16.00 uur en 1x per week van 9.00 uur tot 17.30 uur). Werkzaamheden - Klanten helpen bij servicevragen en meldingen rondom keukens, sanitair en tegelwerk; - Schakelen met monteurs, leveranciers en aannemers om problemen op te lossen; - Inplannen en coördineren van service- en herstelwerkzaamheden; - Opstellen van offertes en verwerken van serviceaanvragen; - Vastleggen en bewaken van de voortgang van meldingen tot en met de oplossing.
