Onregelmatige diensten, hoge werkdruk of fysiek zwaar werk? Je hebt al jarenlang werkervaring, maar merkt dat het niet meer past. Bij de Belastingdienst kun je een nieuwe start maken. Zonder ervaring in belastingzaken. Mét jouw mensenkennis en een flinke dosisleergierigheid!

Als klantenservicemedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor burgers met belastingvragen. Jij zorgt voor rust, duidelijkheid en vertrouwen. Geen sales. Wel vaste structuren, duidelijke processen en de tijd om mensen écht te helpen. Je helpt burgers telefonisch door:

• Rustig te luisteren en hun situatie serieus te nemen • Vragen te beantwoorden over toeslagen en regelingen • Complexe informatie begrijpelijk uit te leggen

Begeleid instromen: betaalde opleiding: Je start met een betaalde opleiding van 12 weken. In deze periode word je stap voor stap begeleid, zodat je met vertrouwen aan de slag kunt.

• 5 dagen per week training van 09:00 tot 16:00 • Persoonlijke begeleiding en veel oefening • Na afronden stroom je door in je functie

Functie-eisen: Je bent iemand die graag met mensen werkt en al ervaring heeft met klantcontact. Misschien uit de zorg, horeca, retail of administratie. Je merkt dat je toe bent aan meer structuur, voorspelbare werktijden en werk dat minder fysiek of hectisch is, maar wél betekenisvol blijft.

Jij past goed in deze rol als je:

• Minimaal een mbo 3 diploma hebt en een goede beheersing hebt van de Nederlandse taal • Eerder hebt gewerkt in zorg, horeca, administratie of klantcontact • Graag iets wilt betekenen voor anderen • Toe bent aan werk waar je trots op kunt zijn • Je de eerste 12 weken geen verlof hebt.
