Zoek jij een flexibele parttime baan waarin je zelfstandig werkt, onderweg bent én direct resultaat ziet van wat je doet? Dan is dit misschien precies wat je zoekt. Als Servicemedewerker Parkeergarages in Ede zorg jij ervoor dat bezoekers prettig en zonder zorgen kunnen parkeren. Je houdt locaties netjes, helpt klanten verder en lost kleine technische problemen op. Je bepaalt grotendeels zelf je route en werkt verspreid over meerdere dagen. Ideaal als je op zoek bent naar afwisselend werk met veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Wat ga je doen? Jij bent het gezicht van de parkeergarages in jouw regio. Dankzij jouw inzet blijven de locaties schoon, veilig en goed bereikbaar voor bezoekers.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Controleren van parkeergarages en voorzieningen op kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Verhelpen van kleine storingen aan parkeerautomaten, slagbomen en toegangsinstallaties; - Ondersteunen van bezoekers bij vragen of problemen; - Uitvoeren van lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Signaleren van bijzonderheden en verbeterpunten; - Vastleggen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het systeem; - Zorgen voor een verzorgde uitstraling van de locaties.

Je werkt gemiddeld 8 uur per week, verdeeld over meerdere dagen. Meer uren werken behoort eventueel tot de mogelijkheden.

Wat bieden wij? - Salaris vanaf € 2.608,26 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Onregelmatigheidstoeslagen van 10% tot 35%; - 27 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer vanaf de eerste kilometer; - Volledige OV-vergoeding; - Bedrijfstelefoon; - Goede pensioenregeling; - Korting op sportabonnementen via bedrijfsfitness; - Mogelijkheid om feestdagen om te ruilen wanneer dat beter past bij jouw situatie; - Veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid in je werk.
