Aufgaben

Als Servicemitarbeiter*in in unserem Coffee Shop sind Sie für die professionelle Umsetzung des Take Away Konzepts zuständig und arbeiten gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für den nachhaltigen Erfolg des Betriebs. Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst unter anderem:

* Zubereitung von Kaffeespezialitäten und Heißgetränken

* Zubereitung des Snackangebots

* Abräumen und saubermachen der Tische

* Einhaltung der Service- und Hygienestandards korrekte Tagesabrechnung

Profil

Ihre Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und die herzliche Betreuung Ihrer Gäste stehen bei diesem Job an erster Stelle. Weiters sind unter anderem folgenden Eigenschaften für die Position erforderlich:

* ausgesprochene Service-Orientierung & erste Erfahrung in der Gastronomie

* selbständige Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (8 Stunden Schichten) und zur Wochenendarbeit

* Aufgrund des Dienstorts und der Dienstzeiten ist Mobilität (eigener PKW) Voraussetzung

Der von uns angebotene Nettolohn liegt bei € 1.714,98 auf Vollzeitbasis bei 41 Wochenstunden für ungelernte Mitarbeiter_innen, Überzahlung bei Fachkräften mit LAP. Dazu kommt eine Bruttoumsatzprämie von 1,5%. Wir suchen für diese Position sowohl Teilzeit- als auch Vollzeit-Mitarbeiter_innen.
