The posting

Als Servicemonteur / Bezorger-Installateur in Hillegom ga je dagelijks op pad om klanten blij te maken met hun nieuwe apparatuur. Je bezorgt producten bij klanten thuis, installeert deze en legt duidelijk uit hoe alles werkt.

De werkzaamheden zijn erg afwisselend. Zo kun je de ene dag bezig zijn met het installeren van een televisie of wifi-apparatuur en help je op een andere dag met het bezorgen en aansluiten van keukenapparatuur. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan koelkasten, wasmachines en andere grotere apparaten.

Omdat je regelmatig bij mensen thuis over de vloer komt, is het belangrijk dat je representatief en klantvriendelijk bent. Je neemt de tijd voor de klant, geeft uitleg en zorgt ervoor dat je de woning netjes achterlaat.

Het werk kan fysiek behoorlijk zwaar zijn. Je bezorgt en verplaatst regelmatig grote en zware apparatuur. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je fysiek in goede conditie bent en het geen probleem vindt om gedurende de dag te tillen en te sjouwen.

Je hoeft geen ervaren monteur te zijn. Veel belangrijker is dat je handig bent, technisch inzicht hebt en graag nieuwe dingen leert. Je krijgt intern een opleiding en wordt stap voor stap meegenomen in de werkzaamheden en de verschillende producten.

Daarnaast is een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal belangrijk. Je komt namelijk bij allerlei verschillende klanten thuis, waaronder regelmatig oudere klanten die geen Engels spreken. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je hen duidelijk in het Nederlands kunt helpen en adviseren.

Je werkt tussen de 32 en 40 uur per week, van maandag tot en met zaterdag. Je werkdag begint om 09:00 uur. De verdere werktijden worden in overleg bepaald.
