Functieomschrijving Als servicemonteur in de omgeving van Zutphen werk je aan afwisselende klussen op plekken waar je normaal niet zo snel komt. De ene dag sta je bij iemand thuis, de andere dag werk je op een locatie zoals een stadion, kasteel of gevangenis. Juist die variatie maakt het werk als servicemonteur interessant: je bent steeds met iets anders bezig en je ziet direct resultaat van wat je doet. Je start je dag op de zaak met een kop koffie samen met collega's. Daarna ga je op pad, soms zelfstandig en soms met een vaste collega. De werkzaamheden kunnen kort zijn, bijvoorbeeld een klus van een uur, maar het kan ook een project zijn waar je de hele dag mee bezig bent. In je werk als servicemonteur houd je je bezig met onderhoud, reparaties en installaties van technische systemen. Je werkt netjes, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt dat alles veilig en goed wordt opgeleverd. Je krijgt een inwerkperiode waarin je het werk en de werkwijze goed leert kennen. Na ongeveer een half jaar ben je zelfstandig inzetbaar als servicemonteur. Af en toe draai je storingsdiensten in het weekend of op feestdagen. Daarnaast krijg je via de interne bedrijfsschool de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en certificaten te behalen. Binnen het team hangt een informele en gezellige sfeer: er wordt hard gewerkt, maar ook veel samengewerkt en gelachen. - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.614 en €3.533 per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, zodat je salaris meegroeit met wat je al kunt. - Overurenvergoeding van 128,5% tot 184,52% (afhankelijk van tijd en dag), zodat extra uren ook echt extra opleveren. - Een werkweek van 38 uur met flexibele begin- en eindtijden, zodat je werkdag goed te plannen is. - De mogelijkheid om certificaten zoals VCA te behalen vi...
