The posting

Met een volledig uitgeruste servicebus rijdt jij als servicemonteur vanuit huis naar de klant. Je gaat werken aan industriële kraansystemen en bent dus regelmatig op (grote) hoogtes te vinden.

Jouw taken: - Montage; - Preventief onderhoud; - Periodieke inspecties; - Reparaties uitvoeren; - Oplossen van storingen.

Je werkt fulltime in de dagdienst van 8:00 - 17:00. Daarnaast draai je ook storingsdiensten, deze worden verdeeld onder alle monteurs. Uit ervaring blijkt dat er weinig gebruik van de storingsdienst; dat zegt wel wat over de kwaliteit van het onderhoud dat het monteursteam levert.

Het internationale familiebedrijf is gevestigd in de omgeving van Den Haag en produceert industriële kraansystemen en kraancomponenten. Het spiksplinternieuwe pand waar zij in zitten is uitgerust met een eigen experience center, hier kunnen klanten een indruk krijgen van de diverse kraansystemen. Om ervoor te zorgen dat jij op de hoogte blijft en jezelf kan blijven ontwikkelen hebben zij ook een eigen academie. Wie zoeken wij:- Je hebt een technische mbo-opleiding afgerond (bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek); - Je hebt geen hoogtevrees; - Je ziet werk liggen en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor jouw taken; - Je bent sociaal en communicatief sterk; - Je hebt in het bezit van een geldig B-rijbewijs.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de € 2.600 en € 3.600 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; - Overuren worden maandelijks uitbetaald tegen 125%, 150%, 175% of 200%; - Doorgroeien in salaris bij goed functioneren; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Materiaal, gereedschap en bedrijfsauto van de zaak (niet voor privégebruik); - Een uitgebreid inwerktraject waarbij je diverse trainingen volgt; - Jezelf blijven ontwikkelen met opleidingen; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden, als die ambitie er is; - Weekend inluiden in eigen kroeg van het bedrijf; - Bedrijfsuitjes als padel, bootcamp, boksen en zaalvoetbal en jaarlijkse z
