Servicemonteur Als servicemonteur onderhoud, controleer en repareer je duurzame installaties bij klanten op locatie. Je spoort storingen op, voert inspecties uit en adviseert klanten over het gebruik en onderhoud van hun installaties. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook samen met een hecht team en onderaannemers. Ervaring is niet vereist: met goede begeleiding en trainingen krijg je de kans om jezelf technisch en persoonlijk te ontwikkelen. Servicemonteur Wat ga je doen? Als servicemonteur ga je op pad om duurzame installaties te onderhouden, controleren en ook repareren. Je bent onderdeel van een hecht en gezellig team dat voor elkaar klaarstaat en je draait mee met storingsdiensten. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Uitvoeren van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan installaties volgens de geldende voorschriften. - Inspecteren en testen van installaties om werking en veiligheid te waarborgen. - Herstellen van storingen en defecten op een efficiënte en klantvriendelijke manier. - Duidelijk uitleggen aan klanten wat bij storingen het probleem is en waarom bepaalde (technische) keuzes worden gemaakt. - Het opstellen van rapportages na een klantbezoek (zowel technische ruimtes als bij mensen thuis). - Adviseren van klanten over onderhoud en gebruik van installaties. - Bijhouden van werkbonnen, verbruikte materialen en eventuele aanbevelingen voor vervanging. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en conditiemetingen. - Monitoren en plannen van werkzaamheden om efficiëntie te waarborgen. - Voorzien in materialen voor projecten door interne bestellingen en logboeken bij te houden. - Instrueren en controleren van onderaannemers wanneer nodig. - Meedenken over (proces)verbeteringen binnen het serviceteam. - Meedraaien in de storingsdienst.
