Als Servicemonteur Bouw rijd je met je eigen servicebus en zorg je ervoor dat stations, bedrijfspanden en andere locaties goed blijven functioneren. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, werkt voor vaste opdrachtgevers en ziet direct resultaat van jouw vakmanschap. In deze rol voer je bouwkundig onderhoud, reparaties en kleine verbouwingen uit. Je beoordeelt meldingen op locatie, lost problemen zorgvuldig op en schakelt waar nodig met betrokkenen. Daarbij werk je met goed gereedschap, verwerk je werkbonnen digitaal en houd je het overzicht, ook wanneer de dag anders loopt dan gepland. - Uitvoeren van bouwkundig onderhoud en herstelwerk - Oplossen van storingen en gebreken op locatie - Herstellen van o.a. deuren, wanden, vloeren en tegelwerk - Uitvoeren van klein timmer- en schilderwerk - Signaleren van extra werk en dit correct terugkoppelen Functie-eisen Je hoeft geen doorgewinterde timmerman te zijn; belangrijker is dat je handig bent, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag wilt leren. Met jouw praktische instelling, nauwkeurige manier van werken en respectvolle contact met opdrachtgevers pas je goed in deze functie. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt mee in oplossingen en houdt ook onder tijdsdruk de kwaliteit hoog. - 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur in bouw, techniek of onderhoud - Mbo-niveau door opleiding of relevante werkervaring - Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om veel onderweg te zijn - Handigheid met gereedschap en technisch inzicht - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een accurate werkhouding Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je krijgt een zelfstandi...
