Servicemonteur Buitendienst | Salaris tot €4.100 | Leaseauto + 33 vrije dagen Als Servicemonteur Mechanisch werk je aan machines op hoge toerentallen, met focus op mechanische techniek, storingen en het in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe installaties. Je reist vanuit huis met een leaseauto naar klanten in de Benelux en voert revisies, onderhoud, reparaties en optimalisaties uit. Je ontvangt een salaris van €3.600 tot €4.100, een vaste 13e maand, 33 vrije dagen, 8% vakantiegeld, een leaseauto, iPhone en laptop. - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst / Werving en selectie Als Servicemonteur Mechanisch werk je bij industriële klanten in de Benelux aan high speed separators en decanters. Je combineert mechanisch sleutelwerk met storingsdiagnose, onderhoud, installatie en procesoptimalisatie. Als Servicemonteur Mechanisch werk je aan machines die draaien op hoge toerentallen en waarbij nauwkeurigheid erg belangrijk is. Het zwaartepunt ligt op mechanische techniek, maar je krijgt ook te maken met elektrische storingen en het in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe installaties. Vanuit huis rijd je met je leaseauto naar verschillende klanten in de Benelux. Op locatie voer je revisies uit, spoor je storingen op en zorg je ervoor dat machines zo snel mogelijk weer optimaal draaien. Naast onderhoud en reparaties denk je ook mee over verbeteringen. Je stelt machines af, beoordeelt processen en adviseert klanten over hoe installaties beter kunnen presteren. - Uitvoeren van mechanische revisies aan roterende machines en onderdelen; - Demonteren, inspecteren en opnieuw monteren van lagers, aandrijvingen en assemblies; - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens onderhoudsrichtlijnen; - Afstellen van machines en optimaliseren van technische processen; - Adviseren van klanten over prestaties en technische verbeteringen; - Vastleggen van meetwaarden, slijtage, afwijkingen en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Werken volgens geldende veiligheidsprocedures en mach...
