The posting

Voor een gevestigde Europese vestiging van een internationaal concern in bouwmachines en zware industriële apparatuur zoeken wij een ervaren Servicemonteur Buitendienst. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de reparatie en de technische ondersteuning van geavanceerde graafmachines en aanverwante apparatuur bij klanten op locatie. Je werkt zelfstandig, plant je eigen werkzaamheden en bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers in de bouw- en inframarkt.

Als Servicemonteur Buitendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige onderhouds- en reparatieproces van bouwmachines bij klanten op locatie. Je werkt zelfstandig en plant je eigen werkzaamheden op basis van serviceaanvragen, onderhoudsschema's en storingen. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorgt ervoor dat machines zo snel mogelijk weer operationeel zijn. Je werkzaamheden omvatten: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan graafmachines en aanverwante apparatuur op locatie bij de klant; - Diagnosticeren en verhelpen van mechanische, hydraulische en elektrische storingen aan complexe bouwmachines; - Vervangen van onderdelen, uitvoeren van reparaties en controleren van de werking volgens fabrieksspecificaties; - Adviseren van klanten over het gebruik, onderhoud en de inzet van machines, en het signaleren van verbeterpunten; - Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, gebruikte onderdelen en technische bevindingen in het digitale systeem; - Afstemmen met de backoffice over planning, onderdelen en technische vraagstukken; - Bijdragen aan de technische ontwikkeling van het machinepark door terugkoppeling van veldervaringen.

Je werkt volgens vaste procedures en normen, maar hebt de ruimte om zelfstandig technische keuzes te maken. De functie vraagt om flexibiliteit: je bent veel onderweg, werkt op wisselende locaties en lost vraagstukken op in uiteenlopende omstandigheden, van bouwplaatsen tot moeilijk begaanbaar terrein.
