The posting

Je bent dagelijks onderweg naar uiteenlopende locaties, van landbouwbedrijven tot loodsen en koelinstallaties. Je voert onderhoud uit aan industriële schuifdeuren en koel- en vriesdeuren. Ook los je technische storingen op om te verhelpen of te voorkomen dat installaties stilvallen. Soms gaat het om mechanische problemen, zoals versleten rails of vastgelopen wielen, en soms om elektrische storingen in besturingssystemen of sensoren. Je vervangt onderdelen, stelt systemen opnieuw af en controleert of alles weer werkt zoals het hoort.

De afdeling service en onderhoud reist door heel Nederland en bezoekt verschillende bedrijven. Geen dag is hetzelfde en van tevoren weet je niet hoe jouw week eruitziet. Werk je verder van huis in Nederland, dan verblijf je doordeweeks in de kost. Natuurlijk ontvang je hiervoor een vergoeding en worden je maaltijden vergoed. Als je langer in dienst bent, is de kans groot dat je naar het buitenland gaat. Een storing in Australië? Geen probleem, daar vlieg je wel even naartoe!

Tijdens je werk heb je veel contact met klanten. Je legt uit wat er aan de hand is, vertelt welke oplossing je uitvoert en geeft waar nodig advies om problemen in de toekomst te voorkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je komt steeds op een andere plek, werkt aan verschillende systemen en gebruikt je technische kennis én mensenkennis in elke klus.
