Als Servicemonteur Buitendienst ben je het technische gezicht van de organisatie bij klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, onderhouden en repareren van geavanceerde verpakkingsmachines bij klanten door heel Nederland en incidenteel in het buitenland. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar je maakt ook deel uit van een hecht team van technische professionals die elkaar ondersteunen waar nodig. Je diagnosticeert en lost complexe technische problemen op, communiceert professioneel met klanten over de status van hun machines, en adviseert hen over preventief onderhoud om toekomstige storingen te voorkomen. Met jouw uitgebreide ervaring ben je in staat om efficiënte oplossingen te bieden die de downtime minimaliseren en de productiviteit maximaliseren. Jouw takenpakket omvat: - Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van storingsdiensten, preventief onderhoud en reparaties aan complexe verpakkingsmachines; - Het installeren en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe verpakkingssystemen bij klanten; - Het technisch instrueren en begeleiden van operators bij klanten; - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde servicerapporten en technische documentatie; - Het proactief adviseren over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van machines; - Het bijhouden van de voorraad reserveonderdelen in je servicebus; - Het deelnemen aan de 24/7 storingsdienst volgens een rouleersysteem.
