Functieomschrijving Als servicemonteur werk je in omgeving Amsterdam en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de reparatie en de installatie van technische systemen. Je werkt op diverse en unieke locaties, zoals woningen, kastelen, stadions en gevangenissen. Daardoor is geen werkdag hetzelfde en kom je steeds op andere plekken. Als servicemonteur zorg je ervoor dat technische systemen goed blijven functioneren en lever je kwaliteit op locatie. De werkdag start op de zaak in Amsterdam, waar je samen met collega's begint met een kop koffie en de planning van de dag doorneemt. Daarna ga je op pad naar één of meerdere klussen. De ene keer werk je aan een korte klus van ongeveer een uur en de andere keer ben je een volledige werkdag bezig op één projectlocatie. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit onderhoud, reparatie en installatie van technische systemen. Na een inwerkperiode van ongeveer een half jaar werk je als servicemonteur zelfstandig of samen met een vaste collega. Dat zorgt voor een mooie combinatie van zelfstandigheid en samenwerken. Je werkt 38 uur per week met flexibele begin en eindtijden. Af en toe draai je een storingsdienst in het weekend of op feestdagen. Je komt terecht in een informele en gezellige bedrijfscultuur waarin samenwerken centraal staat. Daarnaast zijn er ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via de interne bedrijfsschool en kun je certificaten zoals VCA behalen. Ook worden er jaarlijkse teamuitjes georganiseerd, waaronder een barbecue met familie, en is er regelmatig een vrijdagmiddagborrel.
