Als servicemonteur weet je dat een goed uitgelijnde separator of decanter het verschil maakt tussen een draaiende productielijn en stilstand bij de klant. In deze buitendienstfunctie werk je zelfstandig door de hele Benelux aan roterende machines en proceslijnen die er echt toe doen. Dat levert je een vaste baan op met een servicebus, een salaris tot €4.100,- bruto per maand en de ruimte om je verder te specialiseren in high-speed techniek. Wat ga je doen? Als servicemonteur mechanisch ben je bij onze opdrachtgever het aanspreekpunt op locatie voor onderhoud, revisie en storingen aan roterende machines. Je taken zijn onder meer: - Je demonteert, inspecteert en monteert lagers, aandrijvingen en roterende onderdelen tijdens mechanische revisies. - Je spoort mechanische en deels elektrische storingen op en lost deze ter plaatse op. - Je installeert, sluit aan, regelt in en test nieuwe machines en complete proceslijnen. - Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan high-speed separators en decanters volgens de geldende richtlijnen. - Je stelt machines af en lijnt roterende onderdelen nauwkeurig uit. - Je legt meetwaarden en trillingsmetingen vast en werkt volgens de veiligheidsprocedures en machineveiligheidsnormen. Met dit werk houd je de productielijnen van klanten door de hele Benelux draaiend en voorkom je kostbare stilstand. Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Je ontvangt een salaris van € 3.600 tot € 4.100 bruto per maand, ingeschaald volgens de CAO Metaal & Techniek. - Je krijgt een vaste 13e maand bovenop je maandsalaris. - Je reiskosten worden vergoed met € 0,23 per kilometer. - Je beschikt over een eigen servicebus voor je werk in de buitendienst. - Je werkt in dagdienst, zonder ploegendienst. - ...
