Locatie Amsterdam Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Amsterdam. Dit bedrijf is gevestigd in Amsterdam Noord (NDSM terrein) en werkt met een team van zo'n 55 mensen aan beheerdiensten en verduurzamingsprojecten voor haar klanten. De organisatie levert en beheert systemen en apparaten en richt zich op het in bedrijf houden en optimaliseren van technische installaties. Vanuit de vestiging in Amsterdam coördineert de organisatie werkzaamheden en servicebezoeken door het land en onderhoudt zij structureel contact met klanten en externe leveranciers. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit het signaleren, onderzoeken en oplossen van storingen volgens afgesproken SLA's en het waarborgen van de performance van systemen. In de organisatie is aandacht voor ontwikkeling en opleiding en medewerkers krijgen toegang tot een interne ontwikkelacademie en een ontwikkelbudget voor vakgerichte trainingen. Werknemers ontvangen een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer bij woon-werkverkeer vanaf 11 kilometer of de kosten van reizen met het openbaar vervoer op basis van 2 e klas en een lunchvergoeding voor projectdagen.
