Medewerkers werken nauw samen in kleine serviceteams en schalen op bij complexere vraagstukken met engineering en projectmanagement binnen technische projecten. Voor een Servicemonteur Elektro liggen de werkzaamheden voor circa 50% in onderhoud, 30% in storingsdiagnose en 20% in installatie en inbedrijfstelling, en de organisatie besteedt aandacht aan vakgerichte scholing en veilige werkmethoden om continuïteit van klantinstallaties te waarborgen.
