Een reachstacker of terminal tractor in een Zeeuwse haven? Dat is van een heel andere orde. Je gaat werken bij een technische specialist in material handling en intern transport. De organisatie verkoopt, verhuurt en onderhoudt onder andere heftrucks, verreikers, reachstackers, terminal tractors en andere containerhandlingmachines. Klanten zijn actief in onder meer havens, industrie, bouw en logistiek. Voor deze functie werk je binnen de Heavy Equipment Division in Vlissingen. De serviceorganisatie bestaat uit ongeveer 40 technici en beschikt over moderne werkplaatsen en circa 25 servicevoertuigen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er technisch nooit alleen voor. Achter je staat een team met veel kennis van groot intern transportmaterieel. De functie Dit ga je doen Als Servicemonteur Heavy Equipment begint jouw werkdag vaak in de servicebus. Je vertrekt vanuit huis of vanaf de vestiging naar jouw eerste klant. Daar kan een zware heftruck klaarstaan voor onderhoud. Een volgende keer moet een reachstacker gekeurd worden of heeft een terminal tractor een technische storing. Jij pakt het zelfstandig op. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderhoud en reparaties uitvoeren aan zwaar intern transportmaterieel - Storingen analyseren en technische problemen oplossen - Veiligheidskeuringen uitvoeren bij klanten op locatie - Werken aan onder andere zware heftrucks, reachstackers en terminal tractors - Servicerapporten digitaal verwerken na iedere klus - Je servicebus en onderdelenvoorraad zelfstandig op orde houden - De techniek is breed.
