Wil jij ervoor zorgen dat Nederland weer zorgeloos kan wassen, koken en afwassen? Als servicemonteur sleutel je aan topapparatuur van AEG en Electrolux, gewoon bij mensen thuis. Jij maakt het verschil in het dagelijks leven van onze klanten. Wat ga je doen? Je dag begint thuis, waar jouw volledig uitgeruste servicebus al klaarstaat. De nachtkoerier heeft alle onderdelen netjes klaargelegd, zodat jij meteen op pad kunt. Via de planning bezoek je gemiddeld acht klanten per dag. Je repareert huishoudelijke apparaten zoals wasmachines, drogers, koelkasten, ovens en vaatwassers, afhankelijk van jouw specialisatie. Onze service-app helpt je stap voor stap, van probleem tot administratie. Zo houd jij tijd over voor techniek en klantadvies. Je biedt de klant het liefst in één bezoek een passende oplossing en geeft tips over onderhoudsproducten, accessoires of servicecontracten. Zo lever je bij elk bezoek net dat beetje extra service. Elke dag ga je onderweg naar nieuwe situaties, nieuwe mensen en nieuwe oplossingen. Elke rit brengt je verder in je vak en in je ontwikkeling. Het team Je werkt zelfstandig, maar hoort bij een hecht team van 8 tot 15 collega's in jouw regio. Landelijk werken zo'n 50 monteurs bij ons. Jullie houden contact via WhatsApp, bellen elkaar als je vastloopt en komen vijf keer per jaar samen voor een teamoverleg. De eerste servicetechnicus is jouw aanspreekpunt. Hij is zelf ook monteur en weet precies wat jij nodig hebt. Wat breng je mee? Je komt dagelijks bij klanten thuis, dus een klantvriendelijke houding is belangrijk. Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen servicebus. Verder heb je: - relevante werkervaring in een technische en servicegerichte buitendienstfunctie; - een rijbewijs B.
