Servicemonteur Installatietechniek Korte omschrijving Ben jij de servicemonteur installatietechniek met oog voor onderhoud en beheer van hoogstaande installatie- en regeltechniek en andere gebouwgebonden installaties bij onze toonaangevende klanten in Amsterdam van de Zuidas tot de binnenstad en ver daarbuiten? Als Servicemonteur Installatietechniek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, controleren, inspecteren van en verhelpen van storingen en het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan de technische installaties van onze klanten, van hemelwaterafvoer tot HVAC-installatie tot technische ruimte. Je voert opleveringstesten uit en je zorgt voor een correcte administratie. Ook adviseer en ondersteun je de klant op het gebied van installatietechnische vraagstukken. Het draaien van storingsdiensten hoort er ook bij; onze klanten hebben regelmatig jouw expertise nodig als er iets mis is of lijkt te zijn met hun installaties. Op de afdeling Technisch Beheer werk je veelal samen met vaste klanten. Je leert deze klanten kennen, geeft advies en zo bouw je een goede relatie op. De afdeling service en onderhoud van de vestiging Amsterdam bestaat uit 2 contractteams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor een correcte uitvoer van de onderhoudscontracten die vanuit deze vestiging worden beheerd. Het contractteam wordt geleid door een contractmanager die overall verantwoordelijk is voor het strategische en tactische onderdeel van de contracten. Operationeel verantwoordelijk zijn de technisch beheerders die worden ondersteund door de werkvoorbereiders binnen het team (variabel per team). Naast het contractteam is er een servicedesk actief die alle gemelde storingen behandeld. Gezien alle teams werken in dezelfde kantoortuin zijn de lijntjes erg kort en heerst er een leuke sfeer.
