Als Servicemonteur Klimaattechniek & Installaties zorg jij ervoor dat de technische installaties binnen onze moderne kassen en bedrijfsgebouwen optimaal blijven functioneren. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, verhelpt storingen en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen. Daarnaast werk je aan modificaties en de ingebruikname van nieuwe installaties. Samen met je collega's van de Technische Dienst draag je bij aan een veilige, duurzame en betrouwbare werkomgeving. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan klimaat- en gebouwgebonden installaties; Lokaliseren, analyseren en verhelpen van mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen; Onderhouden van verwarmings-, koel-, ventilatie-, luchtbehandelings- en watertechnische installaties; Uitvoeren van inspecties en het signaleren van verbeter- en onderhoudsmogelijkheden; Meewerken aan revisies, modificaties en de installatie van nieuwe technische systemen; Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en onderhoud in het onderhoudssysteem; Samenwerken met collega's en externe partijen om installaties continu te verbeteren; Deelnemen aan consignatie- of storingsdiensten volgens een rooster.
