The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende en toonaangevende speler in de agrarische sector zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Servicemonteur Koeling. In deze functie ben jij het inhoudelijke en technische aanspreekpunt voor melkveehouders op het gebied van koelsystemen en melktanks.

Je werkt zelfstandig op locatie bij melkveebedrijven en bent verantwoordelijk voor het in topconditie houden en installeren van de koeltechnische apparatuur. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit:

  • Onderhoud & Herstellingen:Uitvoeren van periodiek onderhoud en herstellingswerkzaamheden aan uiteenlopende koelinstallaties en melktanks.
  • Installatie & Inbedrijfstelling:Installeren, nauwkeurig afstellen en grondig testen van nieuwe koelsystemen op locatie bij de klant.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole & Optimalisatie:Uitvoeren van systeemcontroles en metingen om de optimale en energiezuinige werking van de koeltechniek te waarborgen. Proactief meedenken met de veehouder over technische verbeteringen en procesoptimalisatie.

  • Technische affiniteit: Sterke interesse in en basiskennis van techniek (bijv. elektriciteit, mechanica, koudetechniek of automatisatie).
  • Affiniteit met de sector: Betrokkenheid bij of interesse in de landbouwsector en het werken op melkveebedrijven.
  • Zelfstandigheid & Verantwoordelijkheid: In staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en klussen op locatie netjes af te ronden.
  • Oplossingsgericht & Klantvriendelijk: Een servicegerichte instelling met het vermogen om storingen en problemen effectief te analyseren en op te lossen.
  • Rijbewijs: In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Achtergrond: Een technische opleiding of relevante werkervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen strikte eis. Ervaring in de koeltechniek is niet verplicht; de kneepjes van het vak kunnen on-the-job worden aangeleerd.
  • Leergierigheid: Een sterk vermogen en de bereidheid om via interne trainingen en praktijkbegeleiding gespecialiseerde koeltechnische vaardigheden op te doen.
  • Mindset: Motivatie, de juiste werkinstelling en nieuwsgierigheid naar techniek wegen zwaarder dan specifieke diploma's.
