Dagelijks zijn er meerdere teams onderweg om particulieren en bedrijven te ondersteunen met het in topconditie houden van hun ramen en deuren. Deze organisatie werkt met korte lijnen en een nuchtere sfeer, waar aandacht is voor de mens achter het werk. Het team bestaat uit ervaren en startende monteurs die elkaar ondersteunen. Je werkt met modern gereedschap en goede bedrijfskleding. Persoonlijke ontwikkeling staat centraal: er zijn volop mogelijkheden om opleidingen te volgen of door te groeien naar bijvoorbeeld inspecteur, planner of teamleider. De werksfeer is open en collegiaal; iedereen helpt elkaar verder. Je werkt in dagdienst en hebt in de weekenden altijd vrij. Het hoofdkantoor ondersteunt je bij je dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt voor heldere communicatie en snelle oplossingen. Functieomschrijving Als servicemonteur ben je dagelijks bezig met het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan kozijnen bij zowel particulieren als bedrijven. Je zorgt ervoor dat hang- en sluitwerk goed functioneert, vervangt onderdelen en voert lichte reparaties uit. Het werk is afwisselend en je levert service met aandacht voor detail. Je start je dag samen met één of twee collega's op locatie of vertrekt zelfstandig vanaf huis. Je bezoekt verschillende adressen binnen je eigen regio, voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en hebt contact met klanten. Je zorgt voor een nette werkplek en een tevreden klant na afloop van je bezoek. - Controleren, afstellen en smeren van hang- en sluitwerk - Vervangen van kleine onderdelen zoals dopjes en rubbers - Spuiten en reinigen van bewegende delen - Uitvoeren van lichte reparaties aan kozijnen - Klanten te woord staan en uitleg geven over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden - Registreren van werkzaamheden via tablet of mobiel - Zorgdragen ...
