Van engineering en assemblage tot testen en inbedrijfstelling. Inmiddels zijn meer dan 200 machines geleverd aan ruim 175 klanten. De techniek wordt gebruikt in onder andere logistiek, automotive, bouw en duurzame energie. Dat maakt het werk voor jou als Monteur Mechatronica lekker afwisselend. De ene keer bouw je aan een ponsunit. Een volgend project bevat hydrauliek, pneumatiek, lastechniek of een complete profileermachine. Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende technische disciplines. De lijnen zijn kort en de sfeer is informeel. Heb je tijdens de montage een beter idee? Dan kun je dat gewoon bespreken. De functie Dit ga je doen Als Servicemonteur Machinebouw kijk je eerst wat er precies gebeurt. Je analyseert de storing en zoekt gericht naar de oorzaak. Daarna zorg je voor een goede technische oplossing. Maar service is meer dan storingen oplossen,je voert ook gepland onderhoud en reparaties uit. Daarnaast pas je installaties aan wanneer dat nodig is. Je controleert onderdelen, sleutelt aan systemen en zorgt dat alles veilig werkt. Tijdens je werkzaamheden kijk je verder dan alleen de opdracht. Zie je slijtage of een technische verbetering? Dan bespreek je dit met de klant. Zo help je om nieuwe stilstand te voorkomen. Je bent daardoor ook een belangrijk aanspreekpunt. Je legt duidelijk uit wat je hebt gedaan. En je adviseert klanten over onderhoud, gebruik en mogelijke verbeteringen. Zie je een commerciële kans?
