Hier wordt een machine niet alleen bedacht. Hetzelfde team tekent, bouwt, test en installeert hem ook. Je gaat werken bij een specialist in maatwerkmachinebouw voor de Food & AGF-sector. Sinds 2008 worden hier machines ontwikkeld waarmee productie-, logistieke en verpakkingsprocessen slimmer verlopen.

Denk aan ontnesters, sorteersystemen, transportoplossingen en complete weeg- en inpaksystemen. De organisatie combineert engineering en machinebouw onder één dak. Daardoor zijn de lijnen tussen ontwerp, assemblage en service kort.

Voor jou betekent dat vooral veel verschillende techniek. Mechanica, elektrotechniek en besturing komen letterlijk in dezelfde machine samen.

De functie

Dit ga je doen

Als Servicemonteur heb je geen baan waarin je alleen storingen rijdt. Ongeveer 50% van je tijd werk je in de eigen werkplaats. Daar bouw je mee aan nieuwe machines en complete machinelijnen. Je monteert onderdelen, sluit systemen aan en helpt ook bij de opbouw van besturingskasten.

Vervolgens test je samen met collega’s of alles goed functioneert. De andere helft van je tijd ben je bij klanten. Daar voer je onderhoud uit, los je storingen op en zorg je dat machines betrouwbaar blijven produceren.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen analyseren en oplossen

- Nieuwe machines en machinelijnen opbouwen in de werkplaats

- Besturingskasten opbouwen, aansluiten en controleren

- Elektrotechnische schema’s lezen tijdens storingzoeken

- Werken met en storingzoeken in Siemens PLC-besturingen

- Machines functioneel testen en bij klanten installeren
