Als Servicemonteur Mechanisch ben jij het technische geweten op locatie bij klanten in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Je werkt aan geavanceerde productielijnen en maatwerkmachines waarbij precisie en betrouwbaarheid essentieel zijn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de revisie en het oplossen van storingen aan mechanische installaties. Daarnaast adviseer je klanten over optimalisaties en preventief onderhoud om de continuïteit van hun productieprocessen te waarborgen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar maakt deel uit van een gedreven serviceteam waar kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan. De functie biedt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen. Je krijgt de kans om je te specialiseren in specifieke machinetypes of om door te groeien naar een rol als Senior Servicemonteur of Technisch Specialist. Het bedrijf investeert actief in de ontwikkeling van medewerkers door middel van trainingen, cursussen en certificeringen. Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om door te stromen naar een coördinerende functie binnen het serviceteam, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de planning en begeleiding van collega's. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan mechanische installaties en productielijnen; - Analyseren en oplossen van complexe mechanische storingen bij klanten; - Uitvoeren van revisiewerkzaamheden en het vervangen van slijtdelen; - Adviseren van klanten over technische optimalisaties en verbeteringen; - Documenteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en rapporteren aan de technisch coördinator; - Samenwerken met collega's uit de werkplaats voor het voorbereiden van servicewerkzaamheden; - Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van serviceprocessen en klanttevredenheid.
