Je werkt bij uiteenlopende industriële klanten aan roterende machines en procesinstallaties, waar je jouw kennis dagelijks inzet op high-speed separators en decanters. Als buitendienstmonteur roterende machines bepaal je zelf hoe je een storing aanpakt en zie je direct het resultaat van je werk. Dat levert je afwisseling op verschillende locaties op, ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en een plek in de Future Techforce van Maintec. Wat ga je doen? Je bent als servicemonteur separators en decanters het aanspreekpunt op locatie voor mechanisch onderhoud en revisie van roterende procesinstallaties. Concreet ga je het volgende doen: - Je voert mechanische revisies uit door lagers, aandrijvingen en roterende onderdelen te demonteren, te inspecteren en opnieuw te monteren. - Je spoort mechanische en deels elektrische storingen op en lost deze ter plekke op. - Je installeert, sluit aan, regelt in en test nieuwe machines en proceslijnen bij de klant. - Je voert preventief onderhoud uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen om uitval te voorkomen. - Je werkt aan high-speed separators en decanters en houdt deze roterende installaties betrouwbaar draaiend. - Je verricht trillingsmetingen, lijnt machines uit en verzorgt de commissioning na montage. Met dit werk houd je de procesinstallaties van onze opdrachtgevers draaiend en voorkom je kostbare stilstand in de productie.
