Voor een opdrachtgever binnen de telecomsector zoeken wij servicemonteurs in verschillende regio's in Nederland. Je hoeft nog geen ervaren telecomservicemonteur te zijn. Een technische achtergrond en praktische ervaring met montage, bekabeling of installatiewerkzaamheden zijn wel noodzakelijk. De specifieke kennis en vaardigheden voor het werken aan coaxnetwerken leer je tijdens de opleiding en het inwerktraject. Wat ga je doen? Als Servicemonteur Telecom bezoek je dagelijks consumenten en mkb-klanten. Je installeert en activeert telecomdiensten, voert onderhoud uit en verhelpt storingen aan internet-, televisie- en telefonieverbindingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Installeren en activeren van internet-, televisie- en telefoniediensten - Aansluiten en configureren van modems, routers, mediaboxen en netwerkapparatuur - Aanleggen, aansluiten, controleren en herstellen van coax- en databekabeling - Monteren en vervangen van aansluitpunten, connectoren en technische onderdelen - Meten en controleren van verbindingen en signaalwaarden - Opsporen en verhelpen van storingen aan bekabeling, apparatuur, internet en wifi - Optimaliseren van wifi- en netwerkverbindingen bij klanten - Testen of alle geïnstalleerde diensten correct functioneren - Uitleg geven aan klanten over de apparatuur en diensten - Vastleggen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden - Zelfstandig bezoeken van klantlocaties binnen jouw werkgebied Je combineert technisch werk met persoonlijk klantcontact.
