- MBO - Huizen Als servicemonteur ga je zelfstandig op pad met je eigen bedrijfsbus. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt aan uiteenlopende gebouwgebonden installaties binnen kantoren, scholen, zorginstellingen en andere utiliteitsgebouwen. Van preventief onderhoud tot het oplossen van complexe storingen en het inbedrijfstellen van nieuwe installaties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat installaties optimaal blijven functioneren en klanten kunnen rekenen op een veilige en comfortabele werkomgeving. Werk jij graag zelfstandig, houd je van afwisseling en krijg je energie van het oplossen van technische uitdagingen? Dan ben jij de servicemonteur utiliteit die wij zoeken! Over deze functie Als servicemonteur utiliteit ben jij het gezicht van Schipper Installatie bij de klant. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, inspecteren en oplossen van storingen aan gebouwgebonden werktuigkundige installaties. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht weet je problemen snel te analyseren en op een professionele manier op te lossen. Je stapt 's ochtends in je bedrijfsbus, bekijkt je planning en gaat zelfstandig op pad naar klanten in de regio. Op locatie voer je onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, inspecteer je installaties en verhelp je storingen. Je denkt actief mee met de klant en signaleert verbeterpunten om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Service en onderhoud aan gebouwgebonden installaties binnen de utiliteit - Keuren en inspecteren van installaties - Inbedrijfstellen van nieuwe installaties - Verhelpen van storingen aan onder andere warmtepompen, ventilatiesystemen, luchtbehandelingskasten en regeltechnische installaties - Analyseren en lokaliseren van technische problemen - Adviseren van klanten over onderhoud, verbeteringen en vervangingen - Vastleggen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en bevindingen - Zorgen voor een optimaal werkende installatie én een tevreden klant Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
