Als Servicemonteur Utiliteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van onderhoud, reparaties en modificaties aan diverse installaties. Je werkt voornamelijk aan klimaatbeheersings- en energiesystemen in utiliteitspanden, zoals kantoren, zorginstellingen en bedrijfspanden. Je bent het visitekaartje van de organisatie en staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, waarbij je technische vraagstukken oplost en advies geeft over optimaal gebruik en onderhoud van systemen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan verwarmings-, ventilatie- en airconditioningsinstallaties; - Het opsporen en verhelpen van storingen in diverse technische systemen; - Het installeren en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe componenten of complete installaties; - Het rapporteren over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en het bijhouden van technische documentatie; - Het adviseren van klanten over efficiënt gebruik en onderhoud van installaties; - Het signaleren van mogelijkheden voor installatieverbetering of verduurzaming; - Het op peil houden van je vakkennis door trainingen en bijscholing.

Als Servicemonteur Utiliteit krijg je alle kansen om door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Met gerichte opleidingen kun je je specialiseren in bijvoorbeeld duurzame energietechnieken of doorgroeien naar een functie als eerste monteur of zelfs teamleider.
