Servicemonteur Werkplaats | dagdienst|| €3.700 + 13e maand BREDA Je werkt bij een internationaal bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het onderhouden en reviseren van industriële machines,. Het team bestaat uit 6 collega's die nauw samenwerken in het Service Center. Je werkt samen aan het zo goed mogelijk servicen van machines voor klanten uit verschillende sectoren. In het bedrijf hangt een collegiale sfeer en iedereen helpt elkaar waar nodig. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan veiligheid, opleiding en persoonlijke groei. Naast het dagelijkse werk zijn er regelmatig gezamenlijke activiteiten, zoals sportieve uitdagingen en bedrijfsfeesten. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om trainingen en cursussen te volgen, zodat je jezelf blijft ontwikkelen. De werktijden zijn van 08.00 tot 16.30 uur, waardoor je een goede balans hebt tussen werk en privé. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die waarde hecht aan samenwerking en ontwikkeling. Functieomschrijving Als Servicemonteur Werkplaats ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, repareren en assembleren van machines die naar de werkplaats komen. Het gaat vooral om decanters en af en toe separatoren. Je werkt voornamelijk mechanisch en soms ook met las- of draaiwerk. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilige, nette werkplek. Je dag begint met het ontvangen van een machine die voor service binnenkomt. Je start met de demontage, reinigt onderdelen en voert inspecties uit. Je legt onderdelen vast, rapporteert bijzonderheden en voert waar nodig reparaties uit. Vervolgens balanceer, assembleer en test je de machine zodat deze weer klaar is voor transport naar de klant. - Demontage, schoonmaken en inspecteren van machines - Vastleggen en rapporteren van onderdelen en bevindingen - Uitvoeren van reparaties aan machines - Balanceren, assembleren en proefdraaien van machines - Zorgen voor een veilige en opgeruimde werkplek - Werken in een team van 6 collega's - Actief bijdragen aan een prettige wer...
