Als servicemonteur ben jij het gezicht van de organisatie bij de klant. Je werkt zelfstandig aan het onderhoud, de reparatie en de optimalisatie van werktuigbouwkundige installaties in utiliteitsgebouwen. Denk hierbij aan verwarmingssystemen, klimaatinstallaties, ventilatiesystemen en koelinstallaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het snel en vakkundig oplossen van storingen, zodat de installaties van de klant altijd optimaal blijven functioneren. Daarnaast voer je preventief onderhoud uit en adviseer je klanten over mogelijke verbeteringen en energiebesparende maatregelen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Het uitvoeren van storingsanalyses en het verhelpen van storingen aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties; - Het verrichten van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan verwarmings-, ventilatie- en klimaatsystemen; - Het inspecteren en testen van installaties om de veiligheid en efficiëntie te waarborgen; - Het adviseren van klanten over technische verbeteringen en duurzame oplossingen; - Het registreren van werkzaamheden in het digitale systeem en het bijhouden van onderhoudsrapporten; - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en het proactief meedenken over optimalisaties.

Je werkt voornamelijk in de regio en hebt dagelijks contact met verschillende opdrachtgevers. De organisatie biedt volop ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
