Je hebt de basis onder de knie en wilt nu echt aan de slag in de utiliteit. Je lost storingen op, voert onderhoud uit en zorgt dat installaties blijven draaien. Dit is je kans om je technische kennis uit te breiden en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in een functie waar je dagelijks resultaat ziet.

Als servicemonteur werktuigbouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de storingen aan klimaatinstallaties, verwarmingssystemen en ventilatiesystemen in utiliteitsbouw. Je werkt zelfstandig op locatie bij klanten, analyseert technische problemen en lost deze op. Je voert inspecties uit, vervangt onderdelen en stelt installaties af voor optimale werking. Je bouwt stapsgewijs meer technische kennis op. In het begin werk je aan standaard onderhoudswerkzaamheden en eenvoudigere storingen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je complexere opdrachten en meer verantwoordelijkheid. Ervaren collega's staan klaar om mee te denken bij lastige vraagstukken, zodat je leert van situaties die nieuw voor je zijn. Jouw taken: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties; - Opsporen en verhelpen van storingen aan klimaat-, verwarmings- en ventilatiesystemen; - Inspecteren en testen van installaties volgens onderhoudsschema's; - Vervangen van defecte onderdelen en componenten; - Adviseren van klanten over de staat van hun installaties; - Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het systeem; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en doorvoeren van verbeteringen.
