Werken bij Batenburg - NL - servicetechnicus Als zelfstandig servicetechnicus met een E en/of W achtergrond ben je de expert als het gaat om de gebouw gebonden installaties en systemen bij onze klanten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt en lost problemen en storingen op. Je voert testen uit en stelt in bedrijf. Je werkt in de regio die loopt van Amersfoort tot Zwolle, Utrecht of Arnhem. Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's Service en rapporteert aan de Manager Service. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je lost storingen van E en W technische installaties op; - Je beheert gebouwbeheersystemen en voert reparaties, vervanging en onderhoud uit; - Je hebt kennis van voorschriften en regelgevingen en nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied; - Je draait mee in het storingsdienstrooster; - Je informeert en stemt af met de klant; - Je signaleert problemen en biedt oplossingen aan de klant; - Je stemt met de klant af of de gewenste dienstverlening is geleverd; - Je kijkt breder dan alleen de aanleiding en hebt oog voor eventueel meerwerk; - Je boekt materialen en werkzaamheden in het systeem; - Je houdt de urenregistratie en klantadministratie in Navision bij op de tablet. Wie we zoeken - Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als servicetechnicus of bent toe aan een volgende stap in je carrière; - Je beschikt over een MBO-niveau 4 diploma op Electrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde of rond deze opleiding binnenkort af; - Je hebt functie gerelateerde cursussen gevolgd; - Aantoonbare kennis en interesse voor gebouw gebonden installaties; - Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk, klant- en kwaliteitsgericht; - In bezit van VCA diploma en rijbewijs B.
