Of je nu werkt in kantoren, winkels of zorginstellingen, als servicetechnicus voor werktuigbouwkundige installaties ben jij de persoon die storingen oplost. Je zorgt ervoor dat de installaties voldoen aan alle relevante wet- en regelgeving. Als er een onderdeel kapot is of vervangen moet worden, communiceer je dit met je collega's van de binnendienst, die het verder oppakken. Na inspectie geef je ook de klant duidelijk advies, bijvoorbeeld over de duur van een reparatie aan een complexe cv-ketel of wanneer een haperend ventilatiesysteem weer goed werkt. Je bent betrokken bij verschillende technische projecten en kunt je helemaal uitleven als gedreven servicetechnicus. Je bent onder andere bezig met: - Identificeren en verhelpen van storingen aan defecte installaties; - Beoordelen van de technische staat van de installaties, zodat onderhoud op tijd kan worden uitgevoerd; - Deelnemen aan een 24-uurs storingsdienst, waarbij je buiten werktijd beschikbaar bent om storingen op te lossen. Als je project is afgerond, wordt dat uitgebreid gevierd. Bijvoorbeeld door aan het einde van de werkdag samen iets lekkers te eten. En daarna ga je weer door naar het volgende project, op zoek naar nieuwe uitdagingen! Wie je bent (of wil worden): Hoe technisch het werk ook is, het blijft mensenwerk. Jij bent het best te omschrijven als zelfstandig, flexibel en collegiaal. Je denkt altijd in oplossingen en schroomt niet om hulp van collega's in te schakelen wanneer dat nodig is. Een goede voorbereiding is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, maar je kunt ook goed omgaan met onverwachte situaties en afwijkingen van de planning. Dat siert je. Als zorgvuldige servicetechnicus beschik je over: - Een mbo-3 diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare studierichting...
