Het ene moment werk je in de werkplaats in IJzendoorn aan onderhoud, het volgende sta je aan boord van een drijvende klasseerinstallatie omdat het productieproces stilligt. Jij analyseert, schakelt snel en zorgt dat de winning weer draait. Je krijgt een elektrische auto van de zaak, 27 vakantiedagen en alle ruimte om techniek écht naar je hand te zetten. Over de functie Bij Dekker beheren we al ons materieel zelf, met een eigen techniekafdeling. Denk aan drijvende klasseerinstallaties, zandzuigers, sleepboten, pontons en andere zware installaties. Je werkt dus letterlijk aan het hart van de operatie. Naast onderhoud en storingen werk je mee aan innovatieve technische projecten, want we investeren continu in moderne installaties, automatisering en duurzame technieken. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met je collega's houd je de techniek betrouwbaar draaiend. Zie je een oplossing die efficiënter kan? Dan horen we dat graag.
