Dit bedrijf is actief in de installatietechniek en voert service-, onderhouds- en aanpassingswerkzaamheden uit voor projecten in de utiliteit en industrie. De organisatie is een familiebedrijf dat zich richt op complexe elektrotechnische installaties en legt nadruk op veiligheid, vakmanschap en klantgerichtheid. Medewerkers werken veelal op locatie in en rondom Hengelo en voeren werkzaamheden uit variërend van testen en montage tot diagnose en inbedrijfstelling van installaties. De werkomgeving kenmerkt zich door zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid en kandidaten krijgen ruimte voor vakgerichte ontwikkeling en bijscholing. De rol vraagt regelmatig contact met opdrachtgevers en het geven van advies over gebruik en onderhoud van installaties en het signaleren van meer- en minderwerk. Periodieke inzet in een storingsdienst volgens een consignatierooster hoort eveneens tot de functie en de organisatie zorgt voor de benodigde middelen zoals een werkbus en communicatiemiddelen voor uitvoering van het werk. De cultuur binnen deze organisatie is praktijkgericht en gericht op langdurige relaties met opdrachtgevers in de regio Hengelo.
