The posting

Jij gaat het maken Als servicetechnicus zorg jij ervoor dat het binnenklimaat van uiteenlopende gebouwen, van scholen tot ziekenhuizen, gezond en comfortabel blijft. Je sleutelt aan luchtbehandelingskasten, ketels, warmtepompen, heaters en gebouwbeheersystemen. Zo pak jij dat aan:

- Je onderhoudt installaties en gebouwbeheersystemen projectmatig.

- Je lost complexe storingen op (1x in de 8 tot 10 weken heb je een week storingsdienst waarbij je ook 's avonds en in het weekend bereikbaar bent).

- Je denkt mee over verduurzaming en verbetering.

- Terwijl jij aan de slag gaat, draait de rest van het gebouw gewoon door: een vergadering hiernaast, een operatie op de eerste verdieping, een klas twee deuren verderop. Overleg daarom altijd even voor je boort of het water eraf haalt.

Dit krijg je van ons - Een salaris tussen €3.600 en €5.100 op basis van 38 uur.

- 25 vakantie- en 13 atv-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband.|

- Elektrische auto van de zaak.

- Alle ruimte om te groeien door middel van een opleidingsbudget en toegang tot meer dan 300 cursussen

- Fietsplan, sportschoolvergoeding, collectieve verzekeringen en pensioenregeling via PM

- Werk samen met ruim 3.000 collega's aan toonaangevende, duurzame projecten.

Dit ben jij - Minimaal een mbo 4-opleiding in de richting installatietechniek.

- Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen de installatietechniek en maintenance.

- VCA VOL. Heb je dit diploma nog niet, dan kun je het bij ons behalen.

- Een rijbewijs B en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

- Je bent het visitekaartje van de organisatie: representatief en sterk in klantcontact.

- mbo 4-opleiding in de richting installatietechniek - werkervaring binnen de installatietechniek en maintenance - Rijbewijs B - Nederlandse taal - VCA VOL
