Als Servicetechnicus ben jij het gezicht van de organisatie bij de klant. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de inspectie en het verhelpen van storingen aan diverse technische installaties. Je werkt zelfstandig aan projecten, maar kunt altijd rekenen op de steun van ervaren collega's en een goed georganiseerde backoffice. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag voer je preventief onderhoud uit aan een klimaatinstallatie in een modern kantoorpand, de volgende dag los je een complexe storing op in een tunnelinstallatie. Je krijgt een eigen servicewagen met hoogwaardig gereedschap en alle benodigde apparatuur. De planning is realistisch en houdt rekening met reistijd en de complexiteit van werkzaamheden. Je werkt met moderne systemen voor werkvoorbereiding en rapportage, waardoor je efficiënt kunt werken. Doorgroeien zit in het DNA van deze organisatie. Je kunt je ontwikkelen tot specialist in specifieke technieken zoals warmtepompen of gebouwbeheersystemen, of doorgroeien naar een coördinerende rol als Hoofdmonteur of Teamleider Service. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan technische installaties; - Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan klimaat-, verwarmings- en ventilatiesystemen; - Inspecteren en testen van installaties volgens geldende normen en voorschriften; - Adviseren van klanten over optimalisatie en verduurzaming van hun installaties; - Registreren van werkzaamheden en rapporteren via digitale systemen; - Deelnemen aan de storingsdienst (volgens rooster, met compensatie).
