The posting

Heb jij affiniteit met techniek en werk je graag praktisch en zelfstandig? In de functie van Servicetechnicus ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en optimaliseren van professionele audio-, video- en informatiesystemen bij klanten door de hele BeNeLux.

Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties betrouwbaar blijven functioneren en lost technische vraagstukken snel en zorgvuldig op. Een afwisselende buitendienstfunctie waarin je veel onderweg bent en direct bijdraagt aan een optimale klantbeleving.

Wat ga je doen? Als servicetechnicus in de buitendienst houd je je bezig met het onderhouden, controleren en ondersteunen van diverse AV- en IT-installaties op locatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan audiovisuele en informatiesystemen - Controleren, testen en optimaliseren van bestaande installaties - Aanleggen, ordenen en netjes afwerken van bekabeling - Reinigen en inspecteren van apparatuur, racks en serverkasten - Oplossen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van eenvoudige reparaties - Vervangen en installeren van hardware waar nodig

Naast de technische werkzaamheden ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor een correcte vastlegging van je werk:

- Opstellen en bijhouden van onderhouds- en servicerapportages - Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in systemen - Signaleren van technische verbeterpunten bij klanten

Je werkt op verschillende locaties binnen de BeNeLux en krijgt hiervoor alle benodigde middelen ter beschikking.
