Ben jij de Servicetechnicus Werktuigbouwkunde die zowel onze klant als je collega's kan laten rekenen op jouw expertise? Jouw uitdaging als Servicetechnicus Werktuigbouwkunde In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig en in teamverband uitvoeren van onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden aan diverse installaties vaneen van onze contractklanten waar we een hechte samenwerking mee hebben. Als technische expert onderhoud, repareer en modificeer je installaties. Je stelt ze in bedrijf, regelt ze in en adviseert klanten en collega’s waar nodig. Jij krijgt energie van het oplossen van complexe storingen. Je verhelpt deze en voorkomt toekomstige problemen. De diversiteit van de installaties is enorm: van ultramodern tot installaties die al tientallen jaren in gebruik zijn. Samen met een hecht en ambitieus team draai je ook storingsdiensten. Daarnaast verzorg je rapportages over de door jou uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Met jouw dienstverlenende instelling, kennis en ervaring in de utiliteit zorg jij dat de klanten zorgeloos hun werk kunnen blijven doen. Wat biedt Unica jou? Unica twee-derde van jouw premie betaalt. Ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden: Toegang tot een breed scala aan opleidingen en cursussen. Natuurlijk vragen we ook wat van jou Je bent een servicegerichte probleemoplosser met: Een afgeronde MBO 4 in werktuigbouwkunde / installatietechniek; Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in service technisch beheer; Zelfstandigheid; Rijbewijs B; Enthousiasme voor werken in de utiliteit. Jouw team Je gaat werken binnen Unica Building Services; dé one-stop-shop voor gebouw gebonden techniek. Van ontwerp, realisatie tot en met beheer, onderhoud en inspectie. Van a tot z kunnen onze klanten vertrouwen op de kundigheid van de Unica medewerkers. Bij de Unica vestiging Venlo werken ongeveer 90 medewerkers en 40 bij Industry Solutions. We adviseren, beheren en onderhouden gebouwgebonden- en procesinstallaties van onze klanten in de regio. Wij hechten waarde aan innovatie en lopen graag voor op de rest. Onze vestiging is het eerste gebouw in Limburg waar een Warmte Koude Opslag (WKO) systeem gerealiseerd is. Door het familiaire karakter van de vestiging zijn de lijnen kort en kan er snel geschakeld worden. Vanuit Building Services Venlo werken we samen aan het beste resultaat voor klanten en partners.
