Als ervaren Servicetechnicus Werktuigbouwkunde utiliteit in de regio Zwolle zorg jij ervoor dat complexe werktuigbouwkundige installaties in kantoren, zorginstellingen en andere utiliteitsgebouwen veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Je werkt dagelijks aan klimaatinstallaties, verwarmings- en koelinstallaties en sanitaire systemen. Je spoort storingen op, verhelpt ze structureel en optimaliseert installaties zodat comfort en bedrijfszekerheid voor de gebruiker gewaarborgd blijven. Je werkweek is afwisselend en technisch uitdagend. De ene dag los je een acute storing op bij een kritische installatie, de andere dag voer je gepland preventief onderhoud uit of begeleid je een kleine modificatie. Je leest schema’s en tekeningen, stelt diagnoses op basis van meetgegevens en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar een heldere terugkoppeling voor de opdrachtgever. Dankzij jouw vakmanschap beperk je uitval tot een minimum en help je klanten energiezuiniger en comfortabeler te werken. Je werkt zelfstandig op locatie in de regio Zwolle, maar je maakt onderdeel uit van een hecht technisch serviceteam. Vanuit een servicekantoor en collega-servicetechnici, werkvoorbereiders en engineers kun je altijd sparren over complexe vraagstukken. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelf oplossingen aan te dragen, verbeteringen te initiëren en mee te denken over de beste aanpak voor de klant. Door het directe contact met gebruikers en gebouwbeheerders zie je meteen welk effect jouw werk heeft op het dagelijks gebruik van het gebouw. Deze fulltime functie (40 uur) met een salaris tussen €3.500 en €4.600 bruto per maand is ideaal als jij graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt, houdt van technische diepgang en het leuk vindt om zelfstandig op pad te zijn binnen de utiliteitssector.

- Mbo-opleiding werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek (of vergelijkbaar niveau) - Ervaring als servicetechnicus in utiliteit - Goede kennis van HVAC-, verwarmings- en koelinstallaties - Storingen zelfstandig kunnen analyseren en oplossen - Schema’s en technische tekeningen kunnen lezen - Bereid om mee te draaien in storingsdiensten - In bezit van rijbewijs B - Communicatief vaardig richting gebruikers en opdrachtgevers - Veiligheidsbewust en bekend met relevante voorschriften - Woonachtig in of rondom regio Zwolle
