Als Service Technicus werk je in de utiliteitsbouw aan service, onderhoud en inspecties die direct impact maken op comfort, veiligheid en continuïteit. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in je werk, korte lijnen in de afstemming en volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen. In deze rol combineer je techniek, analyse en klantcontact. Je voert inspecties uit volgens NEN/SCIOS, beoordeelt installaties en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar heldere rapportages en praktisch advies. Daarbij signaleer je storingen, denk je vooruit en pak je kansen om processen slimmer en betrouwbaarder te maken. - Uitvoeren van inspecties, controles en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan technische installaties. - Opstellen van rapportages en advies op basis van jouw bevindingen. - Analyseren van schema's, installaties en gebouwbeheersystemen. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en het duidelijk toelichten van oplossingen. - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en deze actief bespreken met betrokkenen. Functie-eisen Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring als servicemonteur, onderhoudsmonteur of technicus en voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving waar kwaliteit telt.
