FunctieVoor onze klant, een firma die toestellen voor lucht- en waterbehandeling levert in Belgie en Luxemburg, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren servicetechnieker. taken:

  • Assistentie leveren bij het binnenbrengen van toestellen in het gebouw.
  • Eventueel gedeeltelijke demontage en hermontage.
  • Zorgen voor een luchtdichte samenbouw van de verschillende getransporteerde modules.
  • Bij deze werkzaamheden wordt u ondersteund door techniekers van de aannemer van het lot HVAC van het betroffen project.
  • In bedrijfstellen van het toestel.
  • Controleren van de elektrische verbindingen, de verschillende regimes van het toestel simuleren en controleren met behulp van een laptop.
  • Opmeten en registreren van de verschillende gegevens.
  • Inregelen van de koeltechnische kring.
  • Onderhoud aan toestellen.
  • Jaarlijks toestellen op goede werking controleren.
  • Bijstellen van voelers of opnemers, vervangen van defecte of versleten onderdelen.
  • Simulatie van de verschillende regimes.
  • Opmeten en registreren van de meetgegevens.
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren aan toestellen.
  • De storingen kunnen van mechanische, elektrische of koeltechnische aard zijn.
  • De koeltechnische handelingen moeten conform zijn met de procedures opgelegd aan de 'gecertificeerde koeltechnici'
  • U rapporteert aan de service manager die instaat voor de planning, het aanleveren van de projectspecifieke informaties, eventuele reserveonderdelen.
  • U beschikt over een volledig ingericht servicevoertuig waarin alle werktuigen, documentatie, onderdelen en hulpmiddelen beschikbaar zijn.
